Making Custom Cakes
A great deal of skill and time goes into the production of a quality custom made & designed cake. You are not just paying for a delicious dessert, you are also paying for a work of art that will wow your guests and be the talking point of your event.
Much love, care and attention to detail goes into every order. With only high quality ingredients that will produced the best flavours making it into my cakes and each cake is baked fresh for your order.
All my cakes are a minimum 5″ high with 3 layers of filling to 4 layers of cake. Fondant cakes are coated in a layer of high quality couverture chocolate ganache before being covered in fondant. Prices listed are for fondant cakes, semi-naked and buttercream cakes are also available. These prices are guides only so please contact me for a more accurate quote.
Sizes are an indication only. I can accommodate all sizes and all number of guests. Serving amounts are based on a coffee serve of 1″ x 1″ (2.5cm x 2.5cm) and a dessert serve of 1″ x 2″ (2.5 x 5cm) size pieces.
6″ round cake.
Will serve between 12-24.
7″ & 5″ round tiers.
Will serve between 24-50.
9″, 7″ & 5″ round tiers.
Will serve between 55-110.
Cakes are not the only option. Cupcakes, macarons and cookies are also available. Minimum orders per flavour do apply for the smaller items.
Macarons & cookies also make excellent wedding and event favours. They can be customised to match the cake, table decor, invitations or any other event detail. They can also have guests names written on them making them delicious place markers.
