A soft elegant look was the design brief for this cake. The embossed texture on the top tier exactly matched the paper used for the wedding invites. Ombre ivory ruffles with a touch of lustre adorned the base. A peony, freesia, gardenia & dusty miller arrangement topped it all off. The top tier was GF hazelnut cake with Nutella Italian Meringue Buttercream layers and milk chocolate ganache coating. The base tier was red velvet with cheesecake flavoured buttercream covered in a layer of white chocolate ganache.
